These are cheap and cheap. Having a lot is great because you can take them to work, store some at home and rotate them as you use them. These patches do a really great job keeping me cool during hot summer nights. However, the menthol smell is very strong and a little distracting. I'm used to the ones from Japan with no scent so the strong mint scent took some getting used to.

I love that these are slim. I can use them on my back and don't feel uncomfortable leaning back in my chair while using them. Also, the other one I had stayed cold too long. That might sound odd, but I actually burned my skin with it. These stay cold for about 20 minutes on my back, which is exactly how long my physical therapist instructed me to use it. They are perfect for injuries!

I got these because they are a little cheaper than the Be Kool patches and had more to a box, but was disappointed. They are somewhat cooling but whatever menthol they use in it is really off putting. They don’t stick as well as the Be Kool patches, however I’m going to keep them for minor things. If you use cooling patches for headaches/migraines, this ain’t it.

They stay cool for while the only thing that I didn’t like was when peeling off it leaves pieces behind. Smells like bio freeze.

I ordered the wisdom teeth to be pulled out and put these ice bags in my face. I do have swelling, which is a great relief. My dentist said, 15 minutes and 15 minutes, and repeat. I put them in the fridge, so I can spin them. I like their cloth to be placed next to my face. They are the perfect size. They will also work well for children.

Unfortunately this product is not nearly as helpful as other versions. I suffer from daily migraines and often have a fever as a result. While these patches are quick-acting - working almost immediately to cool skin - they do not adhere well, or at all. The gel warms up too quickly as well, so the patch is useless within 10 minutes. Other brands last up to 3 hours and adhere so well it can be tricky to remove, but this brand is quite inferior.I would’ve recommend this to anyone w/anything serious like a migraine or high fever. But if you’re looking to cool down after a workout or hot day and don’t mind the patch lasting less than 10 minutes, then this might be ideal for you.
