My old one finally died when I accidently dropped it in the toilet. I was still running! But came apart after hitting the bowl.This one is the same make. It has a much higher RPM's. Works great.(There was only water in toilet.)

At first I was worried it was broken.It was just a glitchworks very well & takes up no room in the kit

I don't like that this is the best groomer on the market. I have purchased 5 in the last 8 years.Why don't I like that fact? Because they eventually break. The motor just stops working. Usually after a year or two of use. I have tried drying the device after use in the shower, I have always kept them in a secure drawer, but they always end up dying after a year.And for the price, well, so be it. I just buy another one. (Some of these come with a ten year warranty, but they require you to pay shipping on the dead unit, which is silly. Easier to just buy a new one, and I think they know that.)It wouldn't be so aggravating if these trimmers were bad at trimming body hair. But they're OUTSTANDING in that regard. No other kit even comes close. I use it on my ears, nose, and eyebrows. The blades are perfectly designed, and do a fantastic job. Battery life is long, too - most of mine only require a single battery change before the unit motor just stops working in a year and a half.So yeah, this is the best. I just wish they lasted a lot longer.

Worked good while it lasted. Can’t find a trimmer that last. Liked the battery was not rechargeable. But the trimmer blade broke

I've purchased 3 of these over the past year. I am astonished there are so many positive reviews because these don't seem to last more than a year (at BEST) before completely disintegrating. My first one was trooper, and lasted me exactly 1 whole year before the plastic casing around the trimmer head disintegrated and it completely fell apart. My 2nd one, lasted just 3 months before the trimmer head stopped working and one of the 2 trimmer blades fell out, making it useless. My 3rd one, which I just bought one month ago, has already completely dismantled itself at the head where the plastic seem is. All of the plastic internal parts fell onto the floor. This is the 2nd time I've used that 3rd one.You might think I'm silly to keep buying these but I like the design and size of these, and when they are working they do a good job. I just wish they didn't break after only a few uses. I'll be looking for something better.The cap is a joke, all 3 of them had the same loose cap which wouldn't stay on in my bag, making it entirely pointless.The fact that these are sold with the accessory heads is also a joke since it will break if permenantly if you try to switch out any of the heads.

I mainly got for ear hair removal and it's a little too sharp right now for that but it's a good product and experience with seller was good.
