Simply Caddy Costume Garment Bag with Pockets, Black Trim

I had to buy some last minute garment bags for my sisters dance competitions and I am always skeptical until I read reviews. Luckily, I ordered a few of these and did the prime delivery and they were everything I ever hoped for. They are not only sturdy but also hold costumes and outfits perfectly.

One of the pockets was unusable on arrival. The plastic wasn’t sealed to the trim. Ok, manufacturing defect… I’ll just tape it up because we need to use this right away. Well now that we are done with dance comp season and I’m getting ready to pack it away, one of the zippers just came off in my hand. Really not worth the price.

I bought 3 of these for my daughters’ recitals. They are very durable and handy.

I use this back to store my hair extensions with a velvet hanger and velvet clips. It’s perfect for this purpose, especially with the pockets in front for me to store hair ties, wig brushes, etc. Not sure it could handle a ton of wear-and-tear because the plastic seems a little thin, but the bag I received was good quality for what I paid. This will just be hanging in my closet - so it does the trick for me!

I bought 7 of these garment bags last year (5 full size and 2 short) to use for lundaighter’s dance costumes. We used them all season last year (5 competitions, 4 shows plus nationals week) and have used them twice so far this season. They work like a charm, keep everything organized and have been very durable. I am surprised to see several reviews that state these are poor quality because mine are thick and work great and have stood up to my daughter’s abuse well. (If you have a competition dancer you know exactly what I mean! They are hard on these things!) I actually just bought one more recently to accommodate another costume and it is the same sturdy quality as the ones I purchased previously. I highly recommend !!

I really like these garment bags for dance costumes. It is so handy to have all the accessories right there in the zipper sections. We also put extras in there (tights, ponytail holders, etc.) so we don't have to search through the duffle bag.

I’ve gone through a lot of garment bags since my daughter does competition dance - I’ve bought 12 of these now and love them. They have held up great to repeated use and I love the different compartments for accessories and shoes. It’s also nice that they are clear and I can easily grab the right costume without having to open each bag to find the right one. Would recommend these and will probably end up buying more - I just wish that maybe they offered multiple bags at maybe a slight discount because it does add up when you are purchasing so many.
