As a side sleeper that has tried pillows and rolled up towels to improve sleeping position, this is a definite step up. Very comfortable and gave me immediate relief from back and joint pain. Sleep quality has improved so I'm happy. The Velcro strap is worth the extra few dollars I paid for this rather than a cheaper alternative. So far is holding its shape but it's only been a few weeks.

This sciatica pillow really helps with my sciatica pain, it’s comfortable, the pillow quality is amazing the perfect design for me at least the zipper is strong and can hold up. The size is perfect not to big not to small the money value is worth the money and is work it to use

I’ve been using this leg wedge pillow for several weeks now, and overall, it has been a great addition to my sleep routine. It provides excellent support, helping to keep my spine aligned and significantly reducing my back pain. I’ve noticed a big improvement in how well I sleep, and I wake up feeling much less stiff.However, while the Velcro strap initially held securely, over time, it has started to lose its grip. As I move around at night, the strap sometimes comes undone, which can be frustrating. If the Velcro were more durable or adjustable, this product would be perfect.Despite this issue, the wedge itself is very comfortable and still provides great support. If you don’t rely heavily on the strap to keep it in place, I’d still recommend it for anyone looking for better sleep and pain relief.

I've always slept with a pillow between my knees since I was a kid & now with a back injury for a few years it's been hard to sleep how I used to & find a comfy spot for long. This little pillow has been helping me a lot when it comes to making sure my hip doesn't get angry & neither does my lower back. I have 4 pinched nerves in my lower back so finding something comfortable to help has been hard. I just wish this was slightly longer because when I want to sleep on my stomach I put the pillow under whichever knee I have bent up to help but it takes a bit to get it in the right spot where it doesn't feel awkward. I've used it as well for my neck when I'm sitting up & under my arms when I'm leaning sideways while sitting & it helps a lot.Now the long one I've been using everywhere but under my legs. I use it for support on my lower back when I'm sitting either straight on my back or behind a pillow to give it a little more support. I've also put it it next to me to either support my stomach, my back, & put my knee over when I'm sideways. This is more firm than the in between leg pillow so it helps having one that is soft & one that is firm.

They work to help alleviate hip pain when side sleeping , but one pillow doesn’t cut it. I ended up with two similar pillows, and the combination of both is adequate .I think only one is adequate if you are 5’0” and 100lb. If you are 6’2” and 225lb, you will need 2.The covers are removable for easy washing. They are reasonably portable.

Soft and comfortable. Not too big or bulky either. Works well and stays in place.

It works well. I do wish it was a little smaller. I do like you can remove the pillow covering and wash it. It does keep me from pulling my knee up and causing the sciatic pain.

I love this!! This has helped my knees so much! I am so glad I bought this. It’s a nice firm memory foam and it works great.
