The Little Med Kit That Could
I'm amazed at how much stuff this bag holds for how small it is. I was afraid that the refill kit I purchased was going to be too much. But I fit nearly everything into it. The x2 cold packs were a little too bulky. The pack attached nicely to my backpack, and I love that it's rip away. Great item for the price, very pleased with it.
Really happy with this purchase for the price. Came as described & though I've yet to fill it with medical supplies, I've found that it has more room than I thought & is better than the last bag I used for first aid supplies. Be sure to go through the bag thoroughly - I didn't find all the compartments & such till my 3rd or 4th time going through the bag. I really like this bag a lot, especially with all the extra separated areas to put things plus the medic patch- let's people know where first aid supplies are if needed without having to rummage through the rest of my bag & it detaches easily from my backpack if needed. Some of the accessories will come in handy also. For the price, very pleased with this purchase.

Good for camping/ hiking
This is a good beginners survival kit, great for hiking and camping. The bag it comes in, is very spacious, which allows for me to add additional hiking needs or first aid items. The bag has a loop to easily attach to hiking or backpacks, and it has clasps and straps to secure it closed. The items inside are most of the bare necessities, made with quality materials, very durable and easy to use. I thought the knife was a little too simple and the bracelet was very large, and kept falling off my wrist. But overall, the bag and materials were well made and provided very useful for the outdoors.-Use a more survivalist type pocket knife and have the bracelet be a little smaller. I would also have liked to see more basic first aid type items inside the kit

This bag holds everything
I put together my own first aid kits for home, car, and bugout. I think they're pretty well-stocked, and everything fits in this bag. Even better, it doesn't fall out. All the little tiny things fit in the attached (inside) mesh bag; anything that's more or less flat fits in the several pockets; and other stuff (rolled bandages, tweezers, small roll of duct tape) is held in by elastic loops. I did add a looped rubber band to hold my roll of first aid tape. I can open this bag flat and shake it and nothing falls out, yet everything is accessible in an instant. I liked it so much I bought three more.

Perfect for a go bag or camping.
Seems to be a well made molle pouch with some decent goodies to go with it. The material is soft but appears to be nice. Its not as heavey fabric as a real military pouch, but the molle straps are sturdy and the stiching feel well sewn. The bracelet with fire starter and compass are actually pretty nice. The fire starter works and the so does the compass. I compared it to the compass on my phone and it was dead on. The key chan is heavy duty metal and I use it for my popup trailer keys. The plastic clips are hard to open but may loosen over time.Cons: The medical triangle cloths seem cheap but really I dont ever plan om using them.

Holds up great!
This thing can take a real beating. I bought it to be on the front of my dirtbike to have just incase. It has taken mud, dirt, dust, falls and more and ecerything still works great. The Velcro is fine, zippers fine, seems are well built. Would reccomend this thing to anyone. Does what it needs to do

Nice for the price.
Very nice molle bag, comes with some cool items. Only issue is buttons like to come undone when you pull the quick detach section off. But overall great value.

Did not hold up well after only 2 months of little use.
I originally gave this 4 stars. The bag holds a lot more than it looks like it will and it SEEMED durable.However, just about 2 months in, with very little use, the stitching came out of the zipper, separating it from the bag.I contacted the seller to see if they would help, but after 3 days no response so I'm editing the review.As I mentioned , the bag gets little use, it holds my dogs first aid stuff so it isn't used on a daily basis or anything like that. It shouldn't be coming apart already.
