They absolutely do help with motion sickness. One issue is, if you sweat, just a little, they will fall off. Also, it would be nice if the outer layer was clear or if they came in different skin tones. My son needs them for away football games after school and they are awkward to have behind his ears. They do still work on his belly though.

I used these for a 16 day cruise. They work great BUT - don’t forget to change them every couple of days because sea sickness isn’t what you expect. It feels like a flu almost.
