Okay, cheap plastic, loud
For the price it’s a bit much, what as seen on tv is ever a good “value” - my biggest complaint is the fact it’s really cheap plastic it isn’t even hard plastic. It’s flimsy and if you dropped it it would be done. This is NOT an amazing Cooler/fan. It does ok if you freeze the filter otherwise it is not worth it. The fan doesn’t seem very powerful for the noise it puts out. And trust me it IS NOISY.Good concept product but I wouldn’t buy again. Also- this is Ok for an office, but. Don’t expect it to work alone without another fan or AC for best results

LOUD expensive cool not cold air.
First it took about 3 hours for the filter to freeze with out it frozen there will be no cool air. And the filter thaws out quickly about a hour and after that you just have cool not cold air. And the longer it runs the warmer the air gets ...because the filter no longer is frozen with water. So basically turns into a fan. It is very very loud on the high and medium setting and on low it not much better because you know what both the fan AND the motor running. Would i recommend this ? Not for the intended purpose. The size is nice and the esthetics is also nice it looks like a mini AC ...but does not in any way act like one of feels even like one. You get cool air not cold no matter how long you freeze the filter or put ice cubes in the chamber on top. Great concept in theory but needs improvement on cold temp longevity to justify the price. $10-$15 sure ( for a what will end up being a loud fan). But any more coins then that you'll will I'm sorry to say regret the purchase.

Works about as expected. Keeps cool not cold.
Alright so TLDR. This does in fact shoot out cool or cold air like any other AC unit no matter the heat of the room it's in however, it does not keep my room cool against the heat my gaming PC puts out while in use. Please bear in mind before reading my essay I have never once used this on any setting other than maximum cool/blow AKA the highest setting.Currently in my room where I use this AC unit I am running a gaming PC with 2 monitors off of a 2070 and a Ryzen 3700x inside with all stock coolers and fans on a mid sized case. This little AC unit that could, does not keep my room cold against the heat that bad boy puts out however with the PC turned off it does cool my room but not make it chilly. For exact specs, my house is kept at a nice 75F my room usually runs a little higher during summer or lower during winter as I only have one air vent and one window lets in a little outside air. During this summer the temp has gotten to 90ish degrees F outside during the day and about 75F at night. The house has continued to stay at a solid 75F, but my room has gone between 80F and 100F. Typically it's about 80F with PC on and this AC unit on whereas with PC and without AC it's 90-100F depending on the time of day. If we're talking no PC and 75F outside temp at night with 75F temp outside my door to the rest of the house my room sits at about 70F.All in all it works great to counteract my PC heat but if you need something more either get two or find something a bit bigger. Product works as intended otherwise, perfect if you had a small office or took it to a small work office it might be a little loud at full blast but it'll keep your office space cool.

To the manufacturer and people who use this in at a home office, please take a read.
First lets start with its environment:In a bedroom/home office that doesn't really have great air conditioning. The unit is in a perfect spot for pulling air in and has clearance on all sides.I am a DIY guy who will fix up computers and who has a basic understanding of how cooling systems work.I dismantled the unit and replaced some parts, so I will not want a replacement and I will not ask for a refund, this is being chalked up as a learning experience, and I hope the manufacturer will take notes from this.Positives:Its filter is easy to remove and does a good task of catching large particles of water so you don't get sprayed on. (and contrary to others saying its not cooling down, it says on the side of the unit and on top of the filter to get it wet, and freeze it. "pro" tip, get the filter completely wet, and freeze it, get a regular 16 oz water bottle, fill it up with water, and place it in the fridge for as long as you need, my case in the morning, i wet the filter and fill the bottle, and when i get home from work say six hours later, its fine. the tank will hold the entire capacity of the bottle.)The lighting can be turned on and off which is nice for when you want to sleep and not have blue light.Negatives:The poorly thought out design of the 12 volt 120 mm PC case fan inside the case is not at all efficient, and at the highest setting, it will make bearing whine. I use a headset with microphone, while the mist isn't aimed directly at me, the whine of the fan, can be heard through my headset. my mic does a great job canceling it out, but my ears can pick it up, even in a meeting or listening to music. The atomizer (the thing that's a small silver disk in the tank that makes the mist) is a good idea on paper, but if you wanted to make it work, you don't have your driver circuit cut voltage to it, either have it on, or have it off. It will just weep out water, plus this is most likely where everyone who is having the leaking issues started. The power circuit, it simply takes in the 5 volts from the barrel jack (which could have just used micro USB, mini USB type b, or even just had the barrel plug to USB cable), splits it to the led half and the the other half steps it up for the atomizer and fan to 12 volts. (Now that's fantastic, I love the step up circuit being used in low ended electronics, that is tech you wont really find in other products). Now I said earlier I had taken it apart, I just changed out the fan to a 3 pin 12 volt 120 mm size computer case fan. DOING THIS WILL VOID ANY CHANCE OF RETURNING IT. I knew that the second I took the screws out so I know I can't return it, and I know I will not be now that it is quieter, and has a higher CFM.In the end, its not a horrible item, it does the job out of the box, but there was some room for improvement, hence why I did those modifications to mine.If you follow the manual, wash the filter, keep it ventilated, and freeze the filter, you should be fine.
