Why did you pick this product vs others?:I first had ordered the Masala Tea, with a combo of Ginger and Cardamom. I liked the Masala one, which I had ordered and then 3 days back I ordered the Ginger one.My only problem with this product is the high Sugar level. If the sugar levels are reduced a bit it would be great.

Ok, to the point. This tea is good, tastes just like ghar ki chai,, but with a lot of added preservatives...... For me, the tea is too sweet but the flavour is amazing and they did a good job with the scent of cardamom,, on point..... I know the sweetness varies cz it depends on tastebud, some like it sweet, some don't. I just add a lil bit more water to kinda balance the sweetness, but the flavour kinda fades in that case.This can define a good chai though. Easy to carry, just add hot water and enjoy your chai anywhere

Regular Using this tea, test is awesome, perfect blend of tea with other ingredients

Taste is ok but sugar is more than normal.

Fantastic product, enables super-fast tea preparation. But please follow the ratios stated in the label to maintain the tea quality. Add the right amount water and right temperature. Do not boil. some in our family is using it daily and its perfect. The real use comes when we travel to certain remote places as most of them wont serve anything before 8 am. For those habituated to having a tea before that time, this is quite an useful product. Appreciate the innovation from the company.

We have received premix tea but it is very surprising that your tea contain lot of sugar which can not be consume at any cost so we want to return it do need ful and oblige .You are the branded company but not expect this much sugar. So please return it.

Its tasty. Could have been a bit less sweet. But the tea leave a nice ginger tingle in the throat. I add a bit of masala in it to make it zingier. Also, it came in a nice environmentally friendly cardboard box, with each individual sachet of course in a strong plasticy pouch.
