The media could not be loaded. In my personal opinion, this is probably one of a million that is malfunctioned, because I own more than 1 of your guys' product I love flying them. There's some of the best flying huey on the Market. Thank you for your understanding and your customerSupport. To everyone else you has watched this video. Don't judge by this one. This was the only way I was able to share my experience with this particular helicopter. They make very dependable and very well made helicopters. This one after being about 20 or 25 feet in the air it twirled, uncontrollably and fell. Very little damage was done to it as far as the outer shell. As hard as it hit the ground, I was expecting to see it in pieces but it it did not break anything.But a small piece of the landing gear. So for everybody who watches this video, don't hesitate to buy their product. They've been good to me and they will replace the product. So as a customer, i'm very satisfied and they deserve a five star rating. I'm not new to the flying world. I've always flown gas and everything I've had. I had to build from scratch back in my day. So to enjoy the technology of today, it's incredible, and if by some freak chance you get one of a million that malfunctions, these guys will take care of you.

Powerful. Batteries last quite a while and the price is not a budget breaker. I would give 5 stars, but the after sales product support is effectively non-existent or at least for me, impossible to find anyone to contact. But still a fun experience

this is a very nice product. Lots of scale details, good performance and characteristics at a reasonable price. It can handle mild winds and has a pretty good duration for the batteries.

From my initial inspection and analysis I found the product to be of good quality and function.

This heli is fun to fly, but if you ever mess up, there are no parts available and no customer service for help. Buy at your own risk! I gave it 3 stars, because it's fun till you break something, then your out all the money invested due to no replacement parts or batteries.

This is a fun ready to fly Rc helicopter, it can flip upside down easily and fly easily too. Flying outdoors is no problem even though wind may be present, this Rc helicopter can handle the challenge. I am happy with this Rc helicopter and how well it performs.
