Works
Good quality, easy to pair, battery lasts a few days. Good as a backup controller. Tried it with Xbox One S, Nintendo Switch and a PC, and had no issues connecting.

Cannot get it to work properly
It's impossible to connect to my PC via Bluetooth, and when using the dongle, its behaviour is erratic. And even when connecting with a USB-C cable, the controller is still very unresponsive. It's a real shame because the build quality feels good, although admittedly not as hefty as my official MS controllers that I use both for PC (Win 10 & 11) and console. But even a decent build doesn't make up for the fact that this controller is badly programmed, and simply does not work as advertised. Also, I ordered white, and received black. :-(

Premium quality controller for PC, Switch, iOS and Android devices
The Gamesir Cyclone 2 Pro controller has an asymmetric "Xbox-type" design (although it is not licensed for playing on an Xbox console) so if you prefer the symmetrical "Playstation-type" layout you should opt for the Gamesir Tarantula model instead. I must admit that I usually prefer Playstation controllers but the Cyclone 2 Pro is of such quality that I love it and I think most gamers will be delighted with it too. The configurability of the controller on a Windows PC via the Gamesir Connect app available in the Microsoft Store is mind-boggling and should satisfy even advanced gamers who require a very precise setup. The controller has a good weight to it and a nice textured plastic surface which still looks great even after a long session with sweaty hands, the grip on the controller is very secure. Also the controller is very firm and rigid in use, with no creaking or twisting no matter how firmly you grip it. But it is the quality and precision of the controls that stands out, with perfect smooth movement and pinpoint dead-zones from the analog sticks, and really nice responsive buttons with quality microswitches. My favourite controllers for many years were the Playstation 2 Dual Shock 2 controllers which I used with a USB adapter on my PC for countless long gaming sessions. But the technology has moved on quite a bit now with more accurate motion sensors and hall-effect triggers and sticks for a vastly improved experience that should suit the latest games requiring faster and more precise control than in the past. In fact the sticks on the Cyclone 2 use a combination of hall effect sensors and traditional potentiometers to give the best precision possible. Even if you are not interested in the technology behind the controls you will certainly appreciate the improved gaming experience it gives you.The model I received was just the controller, no charging stand was included (which is a shame, you can buy the controller with a charging station for just £6 extra) but it is easy enough to charge with the USB-C cable included. You can also use the controller while connected via USB-C although it doesn't seem to give any advantage since the wireless polling speed is at the maximum 1000Hz anyway. I actually received a black controller rather than the white one in the description, this is fine though, as long as it's not bright yellow or pink I'm not fussy.

Great controller for PC/Switch
This is a really nice controller that looks and feels of premium quality.I especially like the grippy texture on the thumbsticks which can help massively when playing games on hot days (or for those with clammy hands like me!).It is really easy to connect to your PC or Switch via the provided cable, and the battery life seems very good and gets me hours worth of game time.It is a similar price to an OEM controller, but the specifications and added benefits of the controller (responsive and grippy thumbsticks) make this ideal for serious gamers, especially those into FPS games.

it is black not white
turned up, was expecting the white one, the black one arrived.it does however work, plugged the dongle into the PC and it was picked up immediately as a game controller and works fine.has two programmable buttons, sadly no way to use them as normal buttons, but they can be programmed to be a combination of others on the controller itself and thus work as a feature in games that don't support that sort of thing. can be programmed to duplicate one of the other buttons though which is also handy.built in battery pack, comes with a charging lead.the weight is nice, not too much, and the controls feel positive to use

Top marks
Got this all linked up and running now for grandson (son had to do it for us, I'm hopeless with technical things) and now we hear whoops of joy from grandson playing lol. He's happy, I'm happy. Great value for money. Easy to use and responds well to demand.

disappointing experience
Ordered a white one, even the box says white but I received a black version. The controller literally stopped working few days after receiving. I would not waste your money
