Traded in our fancy Nanit for this Eufy baby monitor and haven’t looked back. No WiFi = no apps, no buffering, no hackers watching my baby sleep (creepy). I love that I can carry the monitor around the house like a 2000s flip phone and always know what’s going on. Clear picture, great range, zero stress. Sometimes simpler really is better.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating, I feel obligated to warn other parents.I bought this baby monitor **twice** — yes, twice — because the first one died within weeks of the warranty. It just stopped turning on one day. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service and began what turned out to be an utterly painfully slow and repetitive process. They kept asking for the same information over and over, took forever to reply, and they refused to help with a replacement.Begrudgingly we bought a second monitor since we purchased the stand too. The **second monitor failed too** — same exact issue. No power, no warning, no explanation. When I contacted support again, it was somehow an even **worse experience** than the first time. Days of silence, copy-paste responses, and “we’re escalating this” emails that went absolutely nowhere. It’s now been **over a month** and I still haven’t received a resolution.This is a product designed to give parents **peace of mind** Instead, it left me anxious, annoyed, and completely disappointed. I’ve wasted time, money (TWICE), and trust — and all while trying to keep an eye on my baby.Bottom line: **DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR**. It’s unreliable, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered.

I’ve used this camera for 4 years so far with my first and just bought another to use with my second baby. Works really well. Cameras pair together beautifully to have images on one monitors. You can set the image of each camera to cycle at different timed intervals. I use the 5 second setting and it works great to see both kids. Only complaint this time is it didn’t have the same crib side mounting piece so I just repurposed that from my first camera. Since baby is temporarily in my bedroom I didn’t want to mount camera to the wall. Small complaint but that doesn’t change my opinion or stars on the item.

I really loved this monitor a lot when it was working. Great picture quality, connection was great, easy to use but literally a year and a week after having this I started having battery issues and thought I forgot to charge it but it continued to get worse. Completely dying in the middle of the night leaving me to not hear my baby. A year and a month of having it, the battery is now completely shot, won't charge, won't stay on for more than 10 seconds. It's great when it works but apparently that's only a year.

This is a really good monitor for all ages. My 6 year old wanted a camera in his room because he’s scared of monsters and I wanted to give him extra security. You can change the view of the camera from the monitor and it covers pretty much the whole room. He likes that I can talk through the camera to him as well. The video quality is decent for a monitor. The charge doesn’t hold well, so I keep it plugged in constantly. Easy to set up and good value for money.

The eufy security video baby monitor has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the camera quality is excellent and provides a clear view of my baby at all times. The fact that it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi gives me peace of mind knowing that my baby's privacy is protected.However, the monitor itself has been a source of frustration. The battery life is very short and seems to drain quickly, even when fully charged. This is a concern as it's important to be able to rely on the monitor to keep an eye on my baby at all times. The location of the charging port is also a bit strange, making it difficult to charge while using the monitor.Overall, while I appreciate the high-quality camera and non-Wi-Fi connection, the issues with the monitor's battery life and charging port make it difficult to recommend this product without reservation. If these issues were addressed, it would be an excellent choice for parents looking for a reliable, non-Wi-Fi baby monitor.

I literally can’t make this up. I bought this as a replacement to one I already have that stopped working after 14 months, just outside of the year warranty (like many other buyers have stated). Opened the box. Plugged it in. Tried to pair the camera, and failed. After about 10 minutes I got it to pair but the monitor doesn't stay on. It just flashes off and on and unpairs with the camera like many others have had issue with.The fact that way more than a few people have said theirs died right outside of the warranty window should say something about this company. I reached out to them, followed all their steps for troubleshooting including updating the firmware (pain in the…) and nothing worked. Their next suggestion was to buy another one. I laughed, but apparently I’m not that smart because I did. Truly, when this thing works it’s great, but and this is a big but, Kids products need to work all the time, reliability, and durability matters! Peace of mind at night is clearly not important to this company, just grabbing Americans cash is.This isn’t the only company selling monitors based out of china but it’s the one you should stay as far away from as possible.
