Fantastic product and easy to come on and off without any tearing at skin

Bought this tape locally and then re purchased from amazon as cheaper than high street cost. I hurt my knee and had some fluid on it. A suspected strain or bit of cartridge damage. The pain affected my mobility and I work in a hospital and cannot easily sit down or slow down. I tried the tape as an alternative to elasticated bandage as my knee felt so weak and in pain. Alongside rest . Ice. When I can this tape really helped. My knee felt supported. Yes I still had pain but it is notably reduced using the tape. Enough for me to carry on working and cope. Applied exactly as per the online video . It stays on . I have to shower it off or its like waxing! It actually took me a couple of days to get into the taping technique. Thought it wasn't working. At first but it was my tape method that was a bit off and I had not created enough tension over the pain point.so in summary try it . Give it a few days and follow the videos. I'm a bit addicted now and plan to use it for my arthritic back too. Colour is nice too.

3 tips to solve stickability: 1- make sure area is just cleaned/dry. 2- cut the corners off to round the edges, which prevents peeling. 3- If you’re still struggling buy the spray adhesive to use first.Whilst not quite as good as Rock, this stuff is more than acceptable.

Fabulous tape which stayed on for a week and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Used it on my painful and inflamed knee. I watched a video on how to apply and was far easier to apply than I thought! I have rheumatoid arthritis and suffer flares with various joints. The tape is immensely helpful in self management and allows me to continue to exercise and keep moving during painful flares. For example, my knee was supported and enabled me to use the spin bike and do squats and lunges which I otherwise would not have been able to do without causing injury and increasing inflammation. High recommend.

Great quality and very easy to build 😃

Strapping with KT is easy though I didn't find it as supportive as the strapping tapes I've used as a first aider. It proved quite resistant but had to come off within a few hours because of irritation. Four days after use I have red patches around my knee that are sore and itchy. I lost some skin even though I didn't over-extend the strapping. Sadly, not for me.

Very easy to use and apply. Comes with written instructions for various body parts but they also provide video tutorials online that are very easy to follow. I have very sensitive skin but so far haven't found these a problem. Really effective support, I'm a big fan of KT tape and I love the colours!
