Portable friendly
It is really awesome, portable and not a damn brick like the rest of them, good grip and comes with a small fiber pouch with a cable charger cord for android, looks good has white digital numbers that show charging percentage, can at least almost charge two android phones (usually the other phone would be 60% before it drains) for an entire day until it runs out. While the primary phone is at 100%. I usually just plug it in while my cord charges the portable battery while the portable battery charges my phone, so two in one charging efficiency, decent. It functions well. It's durability is sturdy. I wouldn't recommend dropping it inside a toilet bowl for obvious reasons, this goes for all electronics.

Powerful in a small footprint
I just purchased 2 of these power banks, both arrived about half charged (typical). When paired with a 45+ watt charger they recharge at about 1% per minute and consume exactly 45 watts while doing so. I used one of them to recharge my depleted Dell 13” laptop, and it worked fine, leaving 30% charge in the power bank. They also work fine with my low draw devices (ear buds, Bluetooth audio adapter etc) There doesn’t seem to be any low power shut down, which means you can deplete the power bank if connected to a device indefinitely. There is a button on the side to turn it on, and check charge level if needed.Keep in mind that while it does have a small footprint for its capabilities, it is still a bit chunky. It doesn’t defy Li-po physics.

First buy was faulty, replacement works perfectly
I just received this charger a few days ago. Charged it up to 100 with a 30w block and the cable it came with. No issues there. I used it ONCE to charge my iPhone 15. Power went down to about 78-80. When I started charging the portable charger again, it seemed fine with the LED screen showing me that it was charging. I sat at work checking on it for 4 hours and it never went over 95. After I unplugged the cord to check it and replug it back in, the screen never came back on to show it was charging. I reset the device by holding the power button for 15-20 seconds. I tried three other blocks and cords. The LED screen never lit up to show it was trying to charge with a 30w & 40w block. So I decided to try my 65w charger that came with my Asus ROG Ally X. The device actually responded to that one and showed it was charging but the screen kept flashing on and off. But it still never went above the 95 mark. I even tried multiple outlets. I decided to just try charging my phone with it again, but now the phone keeps showing its charging, then not charging, and repeats. I can find no support online besides everyone saying to do everything I tried. Think I’ll just give up on this thing and say it was a waste of money instead of potentially damaging anything I try and charge with this charger.(Edit): I received a replacement from the Customer service agent, who actually reached out to me. The second one I received actually works perfectly unlike the first one I received. It has no trouble charging up fast as well as charging my devices extremely fast. I mostly use it for my Asus ROG Ally X and my iPhone. When I don’t have my phone plugged in also, it charges up the Asus at 100w like it’s supposed to. The power on the bank doesn’t drain as fast as I thought it would which is a plus. So far, I’m very happy with this product.

Best portable charging pack brand I’ve come across!
This is an amazing charger. It charges my MacBook Air quickly and my phone even faster. It also doesn’t take that long to charge when the battery runs out.It comes with a bag and a usb-c to usb-c cable. It also has a stand that pops out, although that is not something I find myself using. As the title says this is best portable charging pack brand I’ve come across. My kids had each gotten one for Christmas and they worked great so when I need one for my laptop I knew where to look. The only downside I find to this particular one is the size and weight. The ones that my kids have is slightly smaller and lighter but not as powerful.I think that it’s definitely worth the price and will absolutely continue to buy from this brand again. They work great, seem to hold up well as my kids are still going strong after over a year, and if I’m not mistaken there is a 3 year warranty.

Works perfectly. Slightly heavy. Can't pass through charge through the 65 Watt port.
I was excited to receive this unit because I have a new laptop that charges through a USB port. This portable power supply charged up from a 50% to 100% level in less than an hour, and it immediately started charging my laptop when it was plugged in. It's easy to use, has plenty of capacity for my needs, appears to be well made and durable. It doesn't feel warm when it finishes charging--that's good. I would rate it 5* if I could do pass-through charging for my laptop, but there's only one port that will output 65 watts, and it must be used to charge the power bank. But, it is exactly as promised. For the price, it's a great value.I'm going to get a small bag to store it in so I don't mar it.

NIU Power Bank, 20000mAh 65W Ultra Compact USB C
Power bank is surely one of the most compact of the 20Ah class.Tested capacity @20V 1A is 68.2Wh, equivalent to 93% of the rated capacity (73Wh). Other voltages and currents not yet tested.Charging is very fast. 0-50% takes ~40 minutes with a 65W PD charger and after the first hour it charges to 76%.Power bank gets warm, but not hot. For longest life it is probably better to charge with a slower charger.Note: Only the outer USB-C port supports the full power/voltage and input charging. The center position USB-C port only supplies 5-12V and does not accept input charge.Display is a bluish white color. There is no green charge symbol as in the web images.

Hardy and long-lasting.
I have an unconventional use for this, where it's used to run exterior lighting on a mountain bike through a 12v PD controller, alongside charging my phone. It can handle charging my phone and running a light bar and tail light rather well, lasting hours (3-6 hours depending on what's running). It gets used in the hot and cold (100F to -10F range usually), works fine. Even left it outside when it rained, and it survived. It's pretty thick, but not a huge deal given the capacity it is working with.If it survives my use-case, it'll probably survive yours.
