Perfect order - timely and exactly what I needed.

The fit to the head is a little loose, and the fit to the attachments, both the bare floor and carpet heads is a bit snug. Dyson owes me a warranty replacement wand, but they were out of stock, so this third party replacement works.

I had to finally buy this part on Amazon. My $800 Dyson from Macy's first NEVER arrived, just disappeared. The second order came with the wrong wand in the box. I've seen this from other reviewers online. Meanwhile I've had a case with them since last NOVEMBER, part has never arrived so unless I came to Amazon I would have a nonworking $800 vacuum. Ridiculous. Try getting their customer service and you will be online to India for hours. When you finally reach someone the case# means nothing. I'm told everytime the part is "out of stock" Seriously? Never again. Dyson has great marketing but Zero and I mean ZERO customer service.

This product is good quality just like the original part. No complaints. I’ve been using it for more than one month.
