When I first received the product, I tried blending it in my water bottle, and it was extremely clumpy, and I was disappointed. I learned to instead blend it in a shaker bottle with a blender ball first and then pour it into my water bottle. After that, I pop it in the freezer a few hours before lifting, and it's a nice refreshingly cold smooth drink, it requires no additional shaking.As far as flavor, I mix it with 30 ozs of water instead of the 16 oz that is recommended, so it is more watery than it is intended and less sweet which is what I prefer, taste is still good.I definitely notice that my muscles are much more full during my workouts, not like a pre-workout, but just a really massive swelling in the muscle that feels amazing. I don't use it with any preworkout (besides coffee) or vasodilation products, so I know for sure that this stuff works.

I bought this as my early morning weight training was flat, just didn’t have the fuel on an empty stomach.This is perfect for keeping my blood sugar/energy going. Nice, smooth, clean energy. Total difference. I got unflavored which I blend with Gatorade zero, can’t even tell it’s in there taste wise! I don’t like waking up, eating an running to the gym. This fills the void really well!

Been using for a couple weeks now. I can feel it help during workouts. Also I drank it before working without eating it has kept me full throughout the workout.

As a cyclist, this seems to work as an energy source on a ride. Taste isbetter than expected. Only draw back is it takes a lot of effort to mix completely.

I eat a lot of carbs on a bulk so this product is perfect. Mixes well enough for what it is and I only get unflavored and it still tastes fine.

The media could not be loaded. My kid uses this for workouts and to keep weight on him with his active life. It does what it is suppose to do. It took his stomach a couple times to get use to it but after that it was good. It is a great size and dissolves easily. I think you are getting a good value for the money. It does have a little taste. We put it with bcaas that has flavor. Please like.

If you are taking a GLP-1 and need a boost at the gym this one works great for me and doesn't cause bloating like other carbs do.
