Easy to attach and appears to be well made, sleekly styled and functional, strong enough to hold a iPhone in place and doesn’t take up lot of space, nice accessories for any desktop or laptop.

This is an interesting piece of kit that is designed to hold a MagSafe compatible device (with a ring included in the pack if needed) alongside your laptop. A sticky pad attaches the core mount to the reverse of your screen and you then attach your phone for viewing. Note you will ideally need a second core to securely attach an iPad or other tablet. Included in the box is a wireless charger and a light that can be interchanged on the core. The light is adjustable from quiet fill-in to super bright and from warm to cool white, so you can easily light the area for video meetings.There is no instruction leaflet in the box, which is an oversight in my view as I had to watch the set-up video several times and take screenshots to understand what to do with the components. Once viewed and the function of the components is understood, it is reasonably easy to put everything together as essentially you just need to fit the core mount in the right place. Removal of the core mount, if ever necessary, requires use of a wire (supplied) and looks like it could potentially scratch the surface on which it is attached. Make sure you are therefore happy with placement as it isn’t something I would like to try to remove.I like this and it provides a secure fix for a phone or tablet alongside your main screen (second core mount needed to attach the latter). The light is very good and the fact everything interchanges against the same core mount is useful. Everything comes efficiently packed in three small boxes held within an outer fourth. It takes a while to get to know what to do with the parts and a printed leaflet would help, otherwise watching the video a few times and taking screenshots helps a lot.

Edge Pr Core is a good workstation which fits on to your laptop, tablet or most computers.You can have your phone held magnetically next to your laptop computer screen, you wont have to keep picking it up and putting it down again. Edge Pro Core is designed to attach the magnetic 1000 lumen light and the wireless charger on it so your phone can charge wirelessly. You can change the position of the phone and light to suit yourself.You can use your phone for countless task such as video conferencing or entertainment across screens or even gaming.It's only the width of 2 credit cards so is very thin. It's both robust and versatile, I have found this set up to be wonderful and it saves time. You can be talking on your phone whilst searching for information on the computer so it's time saving too.Being as I am not a technical person I played the short video a few times so that the contents were in my head before I began to set it up, else the video would be playing and I would be messing about wondering what the things on my desk were, so I made sure I had a good idea of everything before I began I suppose in all it took around half to three quarters of an hour, which isn't too bad when you think how good this little set up is and what you can do with it. To start with i am going to reiterate what has already been said before about the price as it too confuses me as to why it is so much?Secondly i find the advertisement a little bit on the sneaky/cheeky side. (The main image advertisement seems like it is purposely showing 3 different Edge pro cores. then you have to get to near the bottom of the listing to see what's in the box.The 5 light settings display makes out like there is 5 different settings that seem different colours (they're not)Now that is out of the way, The idea is fantastic and i now use it daily and if i am working at the computer at night i use the light while at my desk and love the options with the dimmer for whatever mood i am in. When i am working on something on my computer i like to have podcasts on or YouTube videos and have my phone under my second screen playing video's as i work on my main.In conclusion i would say this priced different would be an amazing product but its just confusing as to why it is valued the way it is.

I wanted a simple kit for putting my phone next to my screen and this looked like it would offer the best versatility of all, with the addition of the wireless charge puck and a variable front-facing light (making lighting during video calls better). Unfortunately, it failed at the first hurdle for me as I have an Android phone and the magnetic ring stopped my phone from being wirelessly chargeable. I suspect those with newer iPhone with built-in magnets and lower specification Android phones that do not have wireless charging would be fine but since I do not have one of these, this aspect of the kit is worthless to me.For the extras, the wireless charge puck works with my phone, although the phone has to be placed on it and it is a slower speed charge than my phone will take (again, I believe it was all set up for iPhones with Android being an afterthought here too).The light is the only part of the kit that actually works for me and is great for providing the front facing light that video calling benefits from. It is however not worth the cost of the kit alone.

Absolutely brilliant made accessory! Very high quality construction that sits perfectly with my apple products design. Looks beautiful and feels solid.Works very well with strong magnets. This could easily be a genuine apple product in my eyes.Great that’s it’s so versatile too can be used as a standalone charger or as a continuity camera with my MacBook and just as a magnetic holder too. Brilliant and highly recommended.
