Is this glad lead free?

I am not sure. I would ask the manufacturer. I would hate to know if they weren’t. They are pretty and durable. Come with wood lids and gold spoons that have worn well in the dishwasher thus far. I LOVE these. But again, not sure if they are lead free. Sorry I could not be of help.

I don't know if they are dishwasher safe. These were purchased as a gift.

Can the lid be used as a coaster?

Works perfect as a coaster for the bowl.

Why aren't they dishwasher safe?

I’m not sure I did not see that when purchasing. But have been putting in the dishwasher and no problem. They are glass. Maybe the wood covers are not dishwasher safe? Which I don’t use. I even put the spoons in the dishwasher. That come with the set and they haven’t even tarnished.

The problem with this product is lead, doesn’t have a silicone, so is not good idea for take away. You keen keep it at home only. But also air can come quickly inside.Only good thing is that cups look nice, for decoration.They need to improve lead and put silicone
