Good product, very useful for your international travels

The 2 pin plug doesn’t go completely in due to plastic around it and connecting an iphone charger to it makes the weight so heavy that the adapter falls off. I want to return this item.

It is good, working well, supports the devices as claimed, however, there is a major problem that it does not fit well in Indian Sockets. While not travelling abroad it is required to be used in India also, but that is where it is lacking. It is not made compatible with Indian Sockets limiting its use.
