Get them, install them, and forget about them, AND forget about getting any rock chips on. your door hinges! Three Jeeps later, I've installed these on each Jeep, friends' Jeeps too... DO IT.

I bought a nice used 2021 Wrangler JL 2 door. It had a couple of chips in the bottom hinge of each door. I touched them up and applied these protector strips. They were easy to install and adhered solidly.They are invisible once in place and should help protect from future paint damage.

Very simple solution to a pretty common problem. When I first discovered this product I'd check out other jeeps I see in the Walmart parking lot and have noticed quite a few with the rock chips on the hinges. Easily convinced me to buy these. Works well and is easy to install But the hotter it is outside the better. I'd say 80 or above. It seems to adhere and conform better in the higher temps.
