So I have been using both the powder version and the liquid one. I love this stuff so much. This is my go to hydration for pre workout and after a race.

Does what it says, tastes good and hydrates too, can't go wrong with that, good product, can't get enough of it, my favorite is the orange flavor

Good value, good hydration
Buying it this way is about %16 less expensive then at the store near me. As far as the product itself, it is more hydrating then standard Gatorade and only has 40 calories which is more then Gatorade Zero (10 calories) but I’m willing to take that in exchange for the amount of hydration and refreshment that I get.

I love these
These taste amazing! I love that they have electrolytes in them too so I don’t have to worry about being dehydrated! I use them at work when I’m working my 12 hour nursing shifts and when I go to the gym too.
