I've been taking the Vimerson Health Multivitamin for Men since February (approximately four months now), and I've experienced significant positive changes in my overall health.From about a week into taking them, I started noticing subtle improvements, and by the end of the first month, the benefits were clear as day. Easy to swallow. Wasn't prepared for the black capsules so that threw me off a little when I opened my first bottle. I noticed these have things in them that most "one a day" vitamins don't have so that's why I tried them. So far, I love them. I've gone through 2 bottles.

Only a few days into taking things so not much to say on the quality of the product but what I will note is the terrible flavor it has. The second I pop one of these multivitamins in my mouth I get a terrible taste and it somehow even lingers up to my sinuses and I can smell it. Working on adjusting to this. The pills are also rather large so if you are not used to or good at taking larger supplements this may not be for you.

So I’m a 48 year old women that stays active playing adult softball going through menopause and was having a cart hard time figuring out why I was getting so so tired knowing I need vitamins but don’t want to take any that’s my body it’s not going to react to. But guess what I found this to give it a try and let me tell you after taking it 2 day with my breakfast and orange juice boy I feel great like my old self again. I have bought these 12 times now. I feel more balanced since taking them. I take them around 10-11 in the morning and the B vitamins help fight that afternoon slump. Good blend of zinc and other vitamins and minerals that we need. Also gluten free which is crucial for myself and many others.

I have been buying this vitamins for a couple of years now. They do work and give me energy. I normally take just 1 because if I take the suggested dose it makes me get jittery. There is no bad smell, very easy to swallow. I did a lot of research for the ingredients included in them and they are by far the best brand of vitamins. I think they are a very good value for the money. I wish they would make bigger bottles to not have to buy every 1-2 months.

eh that did not seem to be more or less than any other vitamin. I wish there was a way to figure out if they are actually helping.
