Easy to assemble and the sliders let you set it up really easily. The clamps don't have the range I would like but the build quality and functionality are exactly what I needed for star citizen. Overall:Very pleased with the HOTAS mount, it took a bit to assemble but once together it feels sturdy, firm, and well secured to my desk while being easy to unclamp and store. The variety of configurations and adjustable position all work great, though it does require you to loosen screws to alter the height/depth this also means that once set it stays put and there's no fiddly knobs or other hardware taking up extra space.Pros:-Very customizable, fits a number of different HOTAS styles and has two different mounting platforms.-Assembly allows for creativity and modification if need be for a wide array of configurations, even upside down to increase height relative to desk instead of the standard lower than desk option. Though for some unorthodox configurations you might need to modify or bandsaw off some of the excess central/vertical column to prevent monitor view block.-Very stable once assembled and tightened up.-Very nice clamping fixture.Cons:-Exact number of assembly bolts/nuts.-Requires assembly(not really a con but some reviewers didn't seem to realize this was the case so mentioning it as both a pro and a con.)-A few washers would be a great addition to help HOTAS like the Saitek X52 which use the slender mounting bolts to better secure to the bar type bracket. The slide nuts would be a perfect fit for this had there been 4 extra to use, but the lack of extra led to me borrowing a few larger nuts from the plate style bracket mounting hardware to use in place of a washer.

It required a lot of fidgeting/adjusting, also, some of the screws had some small "defects" and the allen wrench did not fit properly in the head...that took off the one star for me.Now the good...my desk is about 4.75 inches wide (it has drawers, see pics). These things look like the could fit in a 10 wide desk..lol...they work great for what I need...once the screws are tight, it feels sturdy and no shaking. In my case I build one first, and tested and retested on the desk until I got it just right....then built the second one by taking the measurements of the first....I can removed them easily and clamp them to the side of the desk (out of the way) when I am not using them

Have had an X52 joystick and throttle in a box, new, for years! Took out once and they were just too big for my play area. Over years looked at various stand-offs , but only saw cheap looking ones or overly expensive ones. This set very similar to higher priced ones but at fraction cost. That being said, if you old half blind and kinda stupid like me, putting these together and adjusting can be time consuming. But end result they are sturdy and fit my HOTAS setup just fine. Too tired to fire up Elite Dangerous and spend couple more hours dialing in buttons switches paddles joysticks etc but have little doubt this was a good buy!

I've had this for almost a year now, and I've had no issues with the mounts. The quality was better than I expected (edges are sharp on unpainted surfaces, but they provide plastic covers). This has been great for both getting a more natural positioning to real-life control orientation but also for helping with ergonomics of my sitting position while using. I wish I had bought these sooner, as it makes such a big difference in my comfort level and posture now gaming (instead of leaning forward on my desk or having my arm raised to reach the flight stick for example). With the quick releases, you can slide or move the peripherals out of the way to return your desk area back to normal use as well.The instructions were straight forward, and you can look at someone's assembled pictures as well to get a quick idea of how to put together as all pieces are unique, which helps to alleviate any confusion on assembly. FYI, I'm using a Logitech X56 HOTAS and throttle.

Can be challenging to put together. My product didn’t come with enough hardware to make 2 of the “type second mount” so I had to improvise a bit. It works and is pretty sturdy but I might go to the hardware store to get more parts and make it stronger. It came with a bunch of useless screws and wing nuts that aren’t even on the directions not sure why I received them, but like I said I made it work so it’s fine.

what a waste of time effort and money, took me 2 hours to put it together with decent instructions, one problem it does not work, the clamp is not powerful enough to hold the Hotas system so it defeats the purpose of even buying the thing, please just do not get this just get a more expensive one instead of wasting money and time, thoroughly disappointed. by the way this is my first ever review on anything and I hope that shows how much of a terrible product this is.
