Fast filtering, water tastes great
I've had a couple of different brands of filter jug and I love this one. Very fast filtering, water tastes good (no more chlorine or icky after-taste!). I use this in my kettle as well as for cold water, and for my dogs water bowls. I like the ease of filling, the quick filtering and the indicator function. The only minor issue I've had is that the lid has a tendency to fall off if the jug is tilted slightly too far (eg filling kettle or dog bowl) so I need to keep hold of it but otherwise, it's been a great product. I got it in the sale for less than £13 so great value

High Quality H²O...
I haven't had the product for very long but I can say the it's seem to work as well as advertised. The water is crystal clear & the design is quite elegant too. I read the reviews before purchasing this product as I always tend to do, to try and by the best possible products, and i notice a few reviews mention the lid not being secure and while there may be some truth to this in the sense that it doesn't click into place it seems to be a comfy fit at least with my particular purchase. I've not yet experienced the lid coming off during a pour but I would imagine that if tilted to unnecessary degrees there may be potential for the lid to come off. But I would imagine that this can easily be avoided by simply using your thumb to cover the section of the lid where it detaches from the handle and its not so much of an inconvenience that I would feel the need to discredit the product. I am aware that there is potential for all products to not be exactly the same so it could be that some products may experiences flaws that others may not based on environment temperatures that may warm the product materials and may create flaws in the design that may not be experienced by all it is also possible that sone reviewers may be using hot water or misusing the product unintentionally and causing some flaws to occur so j try t take these things into consideration when reading reviews and giving them. All in all at this point I'm yet to have any experience with the product that would lead me to not recommend it for purchase.P.S. - I did find myself attempting to remove the filter lid for quite some time and failing, after reading the manual and reading the sticker covers placed ontop of the filter. It could possibly be clearer or it may just be the way I interpreted the instruction but I don't think the filter lid is supposed to come off, it may just be the stickers that need removeming when you submerge the filter in water to activate it and remove the bubbles.

Customer service amazing.
I bought this water filter jug after much research, I have tried quite a few over many years-all the main makes. It boiled down to 2 in the end but I went for Waterdrop because I liked the design and choice of colors, the cartridges lasted 3 months and the most important thing was the rate it filtered the water. The other one I had chosen took 5-6 minutes to fill, this one is probably less than a 2 minutes. When it arrived I was really pleased with it and followed instructions in the booklet that accompanies it this is very well written and easy to follow. I pressed the button and the blue light flashed and stayed on for a few seconds and then went out. At the time of fitting the lid it didn't seem very tight like other filter jugs which I have had in the past. Filled up my kettle and gave my doggies some of the fresh water and the lid started to come off, luckily I caught it. Not a good start, had I made a mistake in buying this one. I found that Waterdrop can be contacted via Facebook messenger so sent a message with my problem, they got back to me very quickly with a link to customer service and told me to tell them my problem which I did, they got back to me that same day. It was explained to me that the blue light doesn't stay on all the time but would turn red when it needs changing. The lid was another matter, I was offered a replacement jug immediately, a few days later my new jug turned up. I am thoroughly delighted with it, the water is really nice and my tea and coffee tastes much nicer, dogs like it as well. Customer service is amazing, quick to respond, extremely helpful and efficient. 5 stars. Thank you Harper.

Initially pleased....but...
The jug was reasonably priced and when it arrived I was very pleased. The water certainly tasted better and there was no residue on both normal tea and herbal tea so visually much more appealing. Unfortunately my indicator didn't work so I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon and I received an email back that was very nice but it said they weren't the correct company? I've had the jug since April and the water is already looking a bit cloudy with some residue, disappointing but that's not 3 months. I live alone and only use the filtered water for tea (2-3 cups per day) I use my kettle for other things but I still don't think the filter should be coming to the end of it use. Having just looked at the cost of the replacement filters it's definitely not looking as good value if my filters are only going to last for approximately 7-8 weeks. Other than the cost and duration of the filters and the broken indicator it's a good product. The size is perfect, Filling it is easy, although the lid can be a bit loose and it's easy to use. Would I buy it again? Probably not, I'm wondering if I should have invested in a more expensive jug where the replacement filters are cheaper. I'm hoping my review will read and a replacement indicator will be sent to me as through the suggested process didn't work.
