Very good, easy, affordable

Waste of money, and you won't find out unless you buy a few of them. I bought 6 in total so that i put one on every shelf of my electric humidor. As a start, and to make sure they are accurate, i placed all of them on one shelf and left them for 24 hours. the humidor is calibrated at 65% humidity and i had readings ranging from 60% to 69% on the 6 devices although they all were placed on the very same shelf!

The Humidity level of my device is off by 11% which is completely unacceptable. I need to keep the humidity level of my guitar at a very specific level to avoid long term damage. An inaccurate sensor is useless.Test done to confirm: The Salt Test

I tested the hydrometer to put in my humidor and it was around 7% lower than the actual humidity. This isn’t that big of an issue. However I looked and there doesn’t seem to be a way to calibrate the hydrometer to the correct humidity. I would stay away if you are using this to store cigars/pipe tobacco

I had to get a new replacement battery, upon putting it in my humidor for testing I am getting readings that wily differ from my other hygrometers.Worthless.
