In fairness I did not buy this blower to inflate a bounce house. I bought it to replace the blower on my black smithing forge. Certainly not the intended use, although it is identical from a design perspective to purpose built forge blowers and a tiny fraction of the price. It took a very small amount of plumbing to fit it to the tweeter in my forge and be able to vary the massive volume of air that this thing puts out. What I can say is it's quiet, extremely powerful (before I put a flow valve in it was too powerful) and seems durable and well made. I couldn't be happier.

We bought this for a large bounce house and it works great. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of how loud it is when turned on.

I'd been using the harbor freight dust collector for my laser, but my wife was upset about how loud it was - it really sounded like a jackhammer. Someone online recommended I get one of these, and it's really a LOT quieter, though I still wouldn't call it quiet. It also doesn't make my lights go dim like the HF blower used to, and seems to be more powerful to boot.I had to get a special torx bit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B1T5IGU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and a duct adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0822VB3F7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with the corners snipped off in order to get the meshes off of both sides and get it all connected up. It was quite easy to take apart.I've put it in a large box with egg crate foam around it and hopefully I won't lose my hearing from using my laser now.

I bought this to use as a fume extractor for my CO2 laser, so not the intended purpose. However, it works really well for my purpose. It's quiet, moves more CFM than similar models, and runs cool.

Cheap and excellent. One thing that I would mention is make sure you get a big enough blower for your bouncer. This one is for a decent size bouncer but not to big. Probably medium size or so. Solid construction, good price.
