Yes. You can use scissors first and then a razor. An electric trimmer first works best.

Is there any difference between this one and the white one? The blue one costs a few bucks more.

The blue one also includes beard/mustache scissors and mustache comb. So it's more expensive.

Does this move while shaving?

According to my husband, he says it’s solid. Unless you apply too much pressure, it may move.

Does it work with back of the neck?

I never use it for the back of the neck
