Great product
I clean and reseal peoples floors for a living. This product made my clients floor look almost new. I've used one other profuct which I don't have any complains, but I like this one better. It was easy to apply. Was dry in less than an hour. The only thing I'd I don't know how long it will last. I recommend that they have me to clan and seal their hardwood floors every year, especially the high traffic. I'll be using this from now on.

Pretty amazed
I have white oak floors that are less than a year old. I noticed the poly was wearing in the kitchen (hi traffic). Before going to manufacturer I wanted to give this a try. Wow, amazing how amwell this works. My floors are satin so I used the satin. Cleaned floors very well getting all dirt out of the "distressed" areas. Two coats with microfiber two hours apart and they literally look like new. I realiz this isn't urethane and if I need to redo every 3 or 4 months I still give this five stars . It takes 10 minutes to apply and that's it!

Very Pleased
Vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen floor prior to application. Used a new cloth head flat mop to apply this sealer. Just poured the liquid on a small area and spread it on. Dried easily within an hour - left the slider door open an inch to have a fresh air flow to perhaps help dry. No odor to the product, no streaking. Ordered the satin as opposed to the shinny option and very pleased as it blended nicely with the flooring beyond the kitchen. Put a 2nd coat on about 3 hrs later. Little old lady did this all based on the recommendations of a young contractor. Very pleased. Refurbished the floor's finish nicely - certainly not brand new but major improvement.

Good but not compatible with bottle holder
Good product but the wood restorer bottles are not compatible with the "click-and-clean" bottles even with adapter. They don't say c&c compatible and if you try to insert into the bottle holder, they don't click in and will leak all over. Dries quickly, cleans well and seems to fill in most - but not all -- scratches.

Made my old worn wood floors look new!
Sure wish I had learned about this product years ago before my once beautiful hard wood floors began to deteriorate! I am amazed at how great they now look after using this product. So simple to use, odorless and beautiful results. And so far the satin shine has remained. No dulling, yellowing and no new scratches. My old floors look new again without sanding. Even the worn areas are less noticeable and seem to blend naturally with the mostly undamaged portion of the floor. I would give this product 10 stars if I could!

Very easy to use & gets the job done
I bought this because I didn't feel like sanding my floors in order to put a new coat of polyurethane on them. My floors are pretty worn so I was hoping this would work out.Price:About the same as a gallon of polyurethane which is okay. Could be a bit cheaper considering this is clearly not on normal polyurethane's level in terms of durability.Ease of use:Twist off cap, but needs a pour spout considering how liquidy it is (it is a bluish White glue like appearance.) Pouring directly from the bottle causes it to splatter everywhere. Dries clear in an hour it's good enough to walk on. After 2 hours you can apply another coat. I recommend two to three coats as if it's normal polyurethane especially since this product is so thin.Features:It hides some surface level scratches, but if you look at it at a certain angle you can still see the scratches. Deeper scratches require more coats. With big gaps or holes you should really use wood filler then stain it to the same color as the wood, then sand it before applying this. My floorboards in the hallway had small gaps because the filler in between was missing and this product failed to fill those gaps mainly due to it's water like consistency.Durability:After each coat I walked around on it and didn't leave any marks or anything as I walked. I noticed that even though my shoes were dirty they weren't leaving noticeable dirtprints on the floor which is nice. I haven't moved furniture around on it yet as I'm giving it a few extra days to dry before doing anything big. As stated earlier it's watery & applies thin so I doubt it'll stand up to any heavy duty use or heavy furniture moving across it.Overall:While it's rated to last a few years I doubt it can take that much of a beating. It's very easy to use & cheap, but I'd consider this as nothing more than a way to pretty up the floors before you sell a house. If possible lightly sand your floors then use normal polyurethane for a more durable solution.

My Floors Look Beachy Again!
My engineered hardwood floors are less than three yrs old, but they looked like they were worn and dirty all the time. The very flimsy factory seal wore away in under six months. I filled the grooves, stained the floors and purchased this sealer. I’m in love again! They look as good as the first day.I didn’t want them to be shiny so I got the satin. I am beyond happy. Sigh…my beachy floors are back! I’ll be keeping them sealed for a long time.Oh! Dry time is very fast. I have a feeling that the floors are going to look great from now on.Now I'm going to put on some Bob Seger. and slide across this floor in my socks. Wish me luck!
