Ok. So most people that are writing negative reviews seem to have purchased this without verifying that the connectors match their current ride on car set up.I have a “Maserati Style” ride on that I don’t think they make anymore and was missing the remote. I was unsure of the actual make but these connectors look like the ones I had that was located beneath the seat. Sure enough I was able to swap this out quickly (sub 10 minutes) put 2 AA batteries in the remote (not included FYI) and I was using the remote to drive the car no pairing required.Is this a sleek remote? NoWas it easy to install and does it do the job? Yes.

I like it for using on personal projects like remote lawnmower I needed to turn it . and go forward and reverse that's it no more no less I like it alot..

Worked for 2 uses, now only forward and reverse works. Steering no longer works.Maybe combine time of 7 minutes of usage.

Was cheaply made and did not have the correct plug it was in usable
