We have tried many pancake mixes, and this is by far the best for fluffy pancakes. You can adjust them to make them medium to thick (not great if you're looking for super thin pancakes). But its the best because of the flavor. Easy to mix (add milk). Good for pancakes and waffles.

I remember have buckwheat pancakes growing up and really liked them. For some reason, I was unable to find any buckwheat mix in any local stores. Found this on amazon. The mix is great and the pancakes come out great as well.

This recipe doesn't have the nuts or oats I'm use to having in this multigrain mix. The package on line looks the same but the package that came was a different color but when I looked closer to the ingredients both online and the package did not state the nuts or oats so I must have gotten the wrong one. It was easy to make and I'll use it since it is better then the other brand. I'll keep on looking to see if I can find that one I use to have.

This waffle mix is so superior in texture and taste, it is a challenge to describe it. When ground pecans are added to the mixture, the result will stun your guests. They will quickly ask you "What is in these waffles? They're incredibly tasty. Where did you get the mix?" I am used to this kind of feedback. In fact, the wife of my youngest stepson went out and bought a waffle maker shortly after eating at our place. She is considered an amateur gourmet chef, her dishes far exceed most people's expectations, and so, her feedback is definitely from a credible source.

I try to include a variety of grains in my diet so I bought this buckwheat waffle/pancake mix. I was very pleased with the product although I modified it slightly by reducing the amount of oil and added 1 ounce if finely chopped pecans. Because I didn’t use syrup I might add honey or brown sugar to the liquid ingredients before mixing with the dry ingredients. I have a mini waffle iron that makes waffles only as large as a silver dollar. I made a half recipe and it yielded six waffles. I would order this product again.

I’ve been buying this product for over 20 years since it had no sugar. Now they added sugar. Too bad. Yet another great product mutated.It’s always been a great product and tastes great.

This mix makes the most delicious buckwheat pancakes! My husband has been making them every Sunday for our family for years, and everyone raves about them.
