Metabolics Inulin Fibre- from Chicory Root, Vegetable Capsules with No Added Ingredients

I've always had problems with my gut & fibre of any form didn't really completely improve my regular constipation. This has done the trick! Plus I feel more energetic than I've felt for a long time & just better in general. The positive effects built up in the first two weeks for me. I've been taking this for about a year. At one point it was out of stock on amazon so I bought an alternative product that did not give me the same overall benefit. Thankfully this is now back in stock! I will be continuing to use them long term. If they are meant to help you lose weight then no effect there for me but that is not why I started taking them. Delivery has been quick.

I used to use inulin powder in a drink but i now use these as it is so much easier to take than in powder form. They work just as well and are capsules, so easy to take.

Can these be opened to take as powder as I find them almost impossible to swallow.
