The product RENEE BROWFILL Pencil (used for darkening the eyebrows) was received as per schedule. First day when used, it was good and OK. However on second day it was semi-dried with less intensity of brown color. And on third day it was completely dried and not leaving the brown color at all. And the pencil became useless. Its photo is attached.In the return policy for this product you declared that it is a non-replaceable and non-refundable product.Request the Amazon.in Executives to refund the amount paid Rs.389.00 or else it amounts to cheating the customer.

Im extremely sorry for complaining about d product. I didnt chk properly n informed amazon tht I recvd only 2 pcs instead of 6pcs. Later i opened the pack and realised my mistake.Product is extremely good. Sorry for the inconvenience. Product is too good
