Very nice and capable diagnostic tool
This is my second higher end tool and it's really a nice design in function and software. Some of the menus are a little clunky - you have to keep hitting backwards to exit a scan/diagnosis of a car and pressing the home button will prompt you to exit the current scan/diagnosis - by hitting the backwards button. The tool is pretty heavy but can easily be held with one hand, although it has a built-in stand. I unfolded the stand and was able to place the scanner over the steering wheel while working, which made things a lot easier. After my first scan, the touch screen stopped responding and I contacted Foxwell for support and guidance as the tool was well within warranty but past the return window. Aimee from Foxwell was very kind and asked me to try a couple of troubleshooting steps which seemed to indicate that there was a problem with the digitizer as the screen worked fine. Tip: You can plug in a wired USB mouse into the tool and control the menu if the scanner is placed on a workbench or you a desperate to use a mouse :) This was the indicator that the digitizer went bad.Aimee provided me with a pre-paid UPS label, I dropped the defective unit off and she shipped out a brand new unit.Very pleasant to deal with and Foxwell seems to be pretty responsive to warranty issues.

NT900 great tool
Great for checking DTC in cars and trucks can command different modules on and off to narrow down the area to check

Don't bother constant issues unreliable slow countless errors.
This thing gives me so much trouble. Takes forever to do anything. Constantly has you waiting. If you have a customer waiting for a check engine light scan. Use a $20 scanner it's faster and easier. It's like the thing is so smart but has no common sense at all. Also you can save tons on money buying it elsewhere. Customer service forget it! Emails no phone number to talk to anyone. Been there done that. Do not expect any help or problem solving.

Great all around tool for multiple vehicles with nice software, good screen and connectivity.
The media could not be loaded. The Scan Tool by Foxwell, is a great diagnostic tool, that can do so many helpful things, it has its strengths and also its weaknesses to think about. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – It feels like a solidly built machine that should hold up well, assuming the electronics survive. I’d put it in the upper-middle level of the quality scale.II. Performance – This is a great machine if you want to be able to access multiple vehicles with the same device. I picked it to be able to access all the cars at my house as well as to help family and friends, if needed. It won’t go as deep or allow as much control on any single vehicle as if you get one specific for that vehicle, but it will access a ton of different makes and models. However, it’ll do most things you would need and provides a ton of usability for diagnosis, testing, and settings you wouldn’t normally have access to. The battery and connectivity through Bluetooth have worked great so far.III. Updates – Keep in mind that it’ll cost extra to update the device after 2 years, they say valued at $600. It’ll still work and give you access to your last updated info, but you can’t get future updates and changes without paying.Overall, this is a great device that has been extremely welcomed at my house. With this device and my mechanical abilities, I can take care of most things at home if I choose to. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.If you’d find it helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s a video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Great scanner
My 2017 GMC Sierra Duramax has all sorts of sensors etc that require resetting when replaced , plus it will adjust steering angle, bleed abs pump etc for multiple vehicles , you can download right to the device! Plus it’s wireless! You plug dongle into OBD and scanner connects

Does not do keys for any of my vehicle's
Ordered this for my jeep and toyota to do keys and using it as a shop code reader to replace my older one. However does not do jeep or toyota keys and my older scanner does everything this one does so there is not reason for me to keep it. Returning it now.
