Helped my hypertension, but possibly not good for PCOS.
I use these pomegranate tablets to help keep my high blood pressure in check. One tablet three times a day keeps my blood vessels dilated. The tablets are small, very easy to swallow, and they have no odour or taste. They don't cause me any discomfort, even on an empty stomach. I'm really pleased with them, and will be purchasing again.My husband also uses these tablets when he has to have blood taken. Two tablets one hour before the appointment and the nurse can get a vein on the first try. Without these tablets, it always took multiple personnel several tries to find a vein. He's very glad to be spared all the poking and prodding!ETA: Unfortunately I had to stop taking these tablets after a couple of years, as I believe they were contributing to hormonal imbalance. It's worth reading up on the potential side effects of pomegranate if you have PCOS or other hormone-sensitive conditions.

Natural aid for high blood pressure
Searching the internet for natural aids for high blood pressure, these tablets feature & had good reviews. I've been using for 2 weeks with no adverse effects (unlike prescribed drug) and blood pressure is more controlled (home monitor regularly), impressively. Very good, reasonably priced

Good for her health and good taste
Like them a lot keeps me feeling well and good reasonable fitness at 79 so gonna keep taken them and hopefully reach 80 next year.and maybe get a new dame.
