I've had 3 of these and will probably have many more I think its really good value for the price and it feels really nice quality along with its hardback providing great support to the paper. Can't recommend it enough.

Decent paper for graphite and charcoal. Pages are thick, holds blending and highlights really well. I would definitely buy again.

I have had this book before for my art the paper was much smoother this is nothing to do with the seller obviously Derwent have changed the quality of paper its being made with. I can still use it but wouldn't get it again because of the change. The smoother paper works better when blending. The paper befor was more like Bristol board but not as high grams as Bristol board.

I really like this sketch book and will certainly order another when it’s full. It has a nice solid feel and it’s useful to have the elastic band to close it securely and the pocket in the back for photos or notes. Although I bought it for pencil sketching the paper is good enough to take watercolour (provided you’re not using extremely wet washes) and that’s what I have been using it for so far. I find the A4 size just right for watercolour sketches as I tend to run out of space with anything smaller. I think it’s very good value at this price.

Excellent quality and price

I only use these books. I write the date on the book and then use them for all my work. Lovely paper and the simple pouch at the back is so useful. Doesn't get bent and battered when I cart it to meetings and coffee shops with me to meet clients. When they are full I put them on the shelf and order another. All my backdated sketches and ideas are kept neatly and safely.

I’m doing A level art & design so having the perfect, durable sketchbook is a must for me and this is definitely it.The paper is a great thickness and has a nice texture to it, making it able to take to a lot of mediums. Spiral bound is always a go-to as well.Overall, really good quality book for a reasonable price:)
