Q: Are there instructions? I got my shadows and dont know if i have to wait to dry, pat in or what?

I threw away my boxes so I’m not sure if there was instruction on how to apply. I personally have tried different ways. I patted and spread it out with finger while these were still wet which gives a nice wash of color. And I have also used the brush applicator to pack on the shimmer as well. In my experience it’s sets down so blending would work better while it’s wet. These are water soluble and not buildable, as soon as you go in with a second layer the first layer starts coming off and become patchy. As long as you work with these wet they are pretty nice and last well as well. Hope that helped
