I had bought a brand new shoe which fit just a little loose. It was not evident during the fitting trial at the shop. When I wore it to office on the first day, the rear part of the shoe rubbed against my heel and made it sore. This pad was perfect to bridge the gap and make it a snug fit. I am able to walk comfortably. The pad adhesive is quite strong and it appears to be durable.

The quality of the product is good. I am sure it will do a good job of protecting the heel of your feet. But, I bought it to adjust the size of a shoe. The shoe that I have is slightly big for my feet and I bought this product to make the shoe fit snugly. This product is probably not suitable for such a task. Because of the smooth satin finish of the product, my foot slips off my shoe easily.

More than the actual purpose of sticking it at the back of the heel, it has helped my mum with her heel pain when we've stuck it at the base of her shoes and chappals. So if you're having heel pain and dont want to invest in very expensive gel inserts, this will do the trick just fine! As for the intended usage, I feel it causes the feet to slip out when you apply it behind the heel due to the cover material of the piece.

The quality is superb, it will tear the shoes but won’t get fallen off the shoes😂 I really like this, sits pretty tight and glued, so before putting it, analyse thoroughly of where you wanna put it, otherwise it is not coming off. I like it’s grip that way.

It doesnt work. Firstly, it doesnt fit every shoe. Secondly, i still get hurt on my ankles even after using it. Very uncomfortable. Adhesion is fine, but of what use? Wasted money
