Q: what can happen if I use this for my face ?

I haven't used the ultra healing in the tube on my face but I have used the ultra healng in the bottle on my whole body after a shower as well as my face and it was fine. No bad reaction. As far as a regular facial moisturizer, there are so many choices out there made just for your face, I would use something else for the face. This is excellent for severely dry hands and absorbs well.
