Dries Out Quickly, Cap isn't Secure - But otherwise is a Great Product
This product is amazing. It makes the most realistic brows of any product out there. It's pretty smudge proof, but it's not really sweat or water resistance. It dries out very quickly if you leave the cap off -like within minutes. But the worst thing about this product is that the cap comes off very easily. The cap isn't very secure and it pops off accidently frequently. Unlike other products, you can merely push the cap with little force with your thumb and it comes right off. They need to fix this because the product is so good. I've purchased over 30 of these pens mostly because they've dried out and adding water never makes them the same.

IT'S ONLY A MARKER!!
I received my eyebrow pen in dark brown. I was extremely happy with the results. It looked great and natural. Except, for when I went and tried to put it on the VERY next day and it was DRIED OUT!!. Literally! I thought I could shake it for the tips to become absorbed again but, NOTHING! So I thought...what is it really? . The eyebrow you see in this picture is drawn on using a Brown DOLLAR TREE marker which literally gave me the SAME results as the Eyebrow Pen. The X-ACTO pen you see in this picture is what I'm about to use to make the SAME three lines to give the SAME effect as the Eyebrow Pen. Had the Eyebrow Pen not dried out so fast...I wouldn't have NEVER known it is just marker. For that, I give this product 2 stars. NO MARKER SHOULD COST ALMOST $14.00!!

A little heavy
It works, but it goes on a little heavier than I thought it would. But overall I’m happy with it!

Well-intentioned but a fail
UPDATE: Okay, this is kind of weird and possibly contraindicated, but while this is a lousy brow pencil, it's actually an excellent eyeliner?! At least on upper lids - I wouldn't try waterlining with it or anything, but it's quite good for a standard upper lid line. Also, I was able to use the product reservoir sponge in this pen to resaturate the one in my old pen, and that was successful (if messy). I'd still recommend just buying the old version, but this pen was not a total loss! ☺️Oh, this is so disappointing. I've been using the original pen for over a year, reordering about every 6-8 weeks, as they don't last, but they're wonderful when they're working! So the idea of a larger capacity pen was hugely attractive. However, this is ridiculously oversized - it's like holding a Marks-A-Lot marker. The tip is much wider, and lacks the angle that makes the original so easy to use. I can't manage to get anything that doesn't look like a Sharpie stroke. The original pens have a piece of felt-like material inside the tube that is the reservoir. It's flat, and from tip to tip it's about an inch long - it's tiny compared to the pen body. Meanwhile, this one contains a huge cylinder roughly the size of an art pastel crayon. I'm sure it wouldn't run out for ages, but it's also why the tube is so enormous and unwieldy.I'm so glad they listened and tried to make one that lasted longer, but surely there was a middle ground somewhere between something the size of a paper clip and something the size of a lipstick?! Please keep trying, iMethod! Meanwhile, I'm off to order another of the original pens while I still can.
