Elchim 3900 Healthy Ionic Hair Dryer, Yellow Daisy

Years ago I purchased my first Elchim in a long standing NYC beauty supply shop. At the time I felt it was pricy, but I was told it was top of the line. I loved it and it lasted 10 years. My only complaint was it was fairly heavy. After that I moved to a T3 featherweight which has lasted me almost 8 years. It started losing power about a year ago and I thought possibly time to go back to my old brand. Coincidentally my hairdresser used this 3900 to blow out my hair and I thought this could be the one! So far it's working great. Lots of power. It get's super hot- which is great at the roots. I have a lot of hair and this has definitely cut down my drying time. The only problem is, it's still a little too heavy for me. I'm sad it's not perfect. Before the return window expires I'm thinking of returning it to try the XLite version.

I love this little dryer. The color is so cute but more importantly, the power and heat it packs in a light dryer is great for blow drying clients all day. It feels very high quality and has a warranty which is even better

Pretty decent blow dryer. It's very light and does seem to be very powerful, however, it doesn't get hot enough to dry super thick hair quickly. Since it doesn't get hot enough I can't get that smooth shiny effect I used to get with my previous blow dryer. As much as I spent on this, I'm disappointed. Way too expensive!!

Excellent Blowdryer & I am a hair dryer snob. I was using the sedu 4000i and this blowdryer is better. I am very happy with the dry time, reduction in frizz and less damaging to hair. I have very long curly hair and this blowdryer has impressed me. Typically I let my hair dry 80% in a microfiber towel, then dry. Butt on days I do not have the time to wait, this blowdryer dries my mid back length hair in 20 minutes. Definitely a great purchase

I purchased this dryer thinking that for this price it will probably be a strong quality product. Unfortunately it’s not, it is very weak and it takes me forever to dry my hair. My mistake for not returning it on time
