MUST HAVE!
I was 58 years old before I found these!! great for underneath your shoe insert if your feet roll outwards. The sides of my tennis shoe usually hang over a little at the base of my little toes... Can't remember the technical term... This simple fix makes a huge difference in foot, knee and hip pain due to my feet rolling out. Have these in every shoe now!

Good idea but…
The inserts are very narrow. I like the concept that it can be used for supination/underpronation, but since they are not wide enough to cover the bottom of my sneakers they slide to the left and right of the sneaker, and do not cover the full heel.

Relief!
I walk, run, jog at least 3 miles each time 5 to 6 days a week. The outside heel of my shoes wear out more than the insides. This is from hereditary supination. Got these to try and so far seem to help. The adhesive could be stronger and the pads slip out of position, but not much. I expected this due to my activity. Would like to have them thicker, but these are the first I've ordered and so far they work great and reduced some of the stress from my ankles. Will get another set when they wear out.

great lateral wedges
likely made of polyurethane. adhesive somewhat weak, check position. big question is how to install, with or against natural bones. i wear soles on the outside. highside outside gives great new-shoe bounce but might not last and cause other trouble. highside inside better for longer-term comfort. No shifting.

doesn't stay in place
Needs more adhesive.

More pain than before!!
Would not recommend. I purchased these thinking it would help my back and feet pain. Nope. I realized after wearing these all day at work, then putting on my slippers once I got home, that I was actually walking on my tip-toes because of the pain my feet were in. I actually purchased another brand/type of insert and I'm not tipping anymore and my feet actually feel better.
