I applied the YachtGUARD Marine Leather & Vinyl Cleaner and Protectant to my leather couches in my basement because these are primarily used by my adult children.I reasoned, if Yachtguard works to protect vinyl and leather on boats from the elements and the harmful UV rays of the sun--well maybe it will be able to protect my couches from the wear and tear my kids dish out! Well, so far so good! The Yachtguard brought back a real deep luster to my leather couches--I hope the product will repel the accidental spills that occasion a good movie night too!Provided this product seals and protects 'long-term', the way the manufacturers claim--and, yes, so far it really seems to do precisely that because we have already had a couple of mishaps since our first application--that is why I heartily recommend Yachtguard to others--especially if they have similar challenges as I have described in this review!

This is the second time I purchased this product which I really love for the boat vinyl and leather. The last order I placed the Amazon driver, threw on my front porch and the product busted. I’ll let Amazon know what happened and they told me a replacement would be shipped. This was a month ago or so and I still haven’t gotten my replacement. I’m not sure if it’s an Amazon issue or the seller issue but I am waiting for my replacement.

Gives a new life to leather without that extra grease and unnatural shine. It doesn’t make me feel that I am rubbing against an oily surface… It is all natural and awesome looking leather dressing…It cleans the surface of vinyl too with a gentle scrub. I am using a soft ALL COTTON CLOTH for that purpose. The leather stitching and patterns also get a new look whenever I treat the surface with it. I using it on my car’s seat which has a good quality leather and I’m very pleased with the result.It leaves no residue yet it keeps the leather looking good with a nice satin finish on it.Make sure you give it a good shake before use also I found that it works best with a microfiber cloth.If this is intended for marine use I suppose it will exceed the expectation when used on a car like I did. I will recommend this product to friends and families.
