Pigmentationnnnnnn you guys!!!
Damn the pigment pay off is really amazing. If you're someone who like glittery eye's then go for it without a second thought. It doesn't need anything more then the glitter to hold it in place. And the quantity is really good for the price pay. A lil amount goes a long way. Quality feels really smooth and bendable doesn't have any harsh glitter particles.

Very Pigmented at such low Price
For personal use its best. For professional use, it's good to use on guest makeup or low budget makeup. Highly pigmented. It looks like wet powder in the bottle, best to apply with finger. There is definitely lot of fallout which can be messy if base has been already applied. Will order more in different color.
