It Fixed It!
I bought a used Chinese portable generator that was running irratically. Started easily, would start running great, would cut out and nearly die for about 4 or 5 minutes and then would perform flawlessly. I was certain that the problem was fuel related. I completely refurbished, cleaned, replaced the entire fuel system, including the carburetor. The problem persisted. I bought this coil. It installed easily and fixed the problem.

Doesn’t fit the hisun 196cc engine
A little bit too larger to fit the kt196 engine made by hisun. Really sucks looks the exact same and the product stated it fits a 196cc engine. False advertisement in my opinion. It doesn’t fit the hisun 196cc at all.
