Authentic carbon fiber material in red with high gloss clear finish gives my F30 335i an even sportier look. Very easy to install. Clean start button with alcohol before applying and just press it firmly on over your existing button.Rich deep red carbon fiber is not cheap looking like some of the other red plastic button replacements appear to be online. Text could have been a little more bold. One drawback would be that old button’s light doesn’t illuminate through this cover ...if that’s important to you.

Looks very cool! It IS actually made of carbon fiber; however, its only a sticker that goes over the original button. So far mine looks and works great! Only time and heat from the sun cooking the interior of the car, can prove whether or not, the 3M tape will keep the button cover in place. I had to dock this item one star because it is way overpriced. $5 might be reasonable, but you buy an actual button in red, or blue to replace your original push-button, for the same price as this carbon sticker.
