Like the way the tools are stored in the bottom draw of the unit.Only used the chopping blades up to now great machine ang easy to use.

I used the blender last night & it works well. Haven't tried the mixer yet. There is a good range of cutting discs & I like the idea that they can be stored safely in the drawer of the base. 1 small criticism, the drawer is a bit flimsy.

Appeared to be a quality product at first, but had a part missing the dive shaft. Thought l would plug it in before l contacted Amazon absolutely dead ,tried three different plug in sockets, did not turn on. Spoken with Amazon to arrange return and told the only way is to print of label and take to a pick up point to in Newquay ware l live, there are no pick up points in Newquay ! Explained l don’t have a printer and asked for a label to be sent and it to be picked up, they apparently are unable to do this. This food processor cost me £89, so l have tried to contact the company that supplied it to Amazon and got dirtied to a messaging service. Really bad customer service from Amazon, operative, l will not be fobbed off l want my money refunded !

Great product

Lovely looking works a real treat, I am still getting to know it but I made a lemon sponge pudding in it and it was light and fluffy. I can't make up my mind if you should use the metal blade or the plastic for making pastry as it does not tell you , on my old Processor I used the metal and the pastry was great so I will try that and see how we go. It would be a great help if the makers told us which blade was used for pastries ,( please take note) But on the whole a lovely addition to any kitchen. Thank you.

The tools are stored in the compartment, which is very good, although we didn't realise that. Very good and no issues

This is a good looking piece of equipment that will looks great in any kitchen. The powerful motor makes quick work of any task. So far I have only used the processor for making pastry which was a doddle. The liquidiser made a great smoothy using frozen fruit, milk and ice cream. I did have to use the pulse to break up the frozen fruit and then the normal speed to complete the task. It is so lovely to have the drawer to store all the accessories in, so much nicer than having to find external storage.
