WORKS PERFECT!!!! FITS PERFECT!!! highly recommend for the glass lift door!

I installed these on the rear lift hatch window on my 2003 Ford Excursion, (4WD, 7.3L). They went on easily and the hatch window now mostly lifts itself once it is opened. A great improvement over my old pneumatic arms that had to have help in warm weather and would not hold the window up in cold weather. This is a heavy window and these new support rods are doing the job. I installed these 18 hours ago, so I can't judge longevity yet, but I have high hopes. I would buy these again and would recommend them to a friend.

Work good but they're about 2" shorter than factory.

They work so well, sometimes, I am 4get the hitch will go up when I lift the handle.. & almost get my face smashed in standing to close to the hitch door.. Very Strong! SO FAR...

These supports appear to be better than right. The window practically flys up and never droops down or falls on my head. If you could just get them to reverse the job and bring the window down, I'd really love them. They work great!

Just recently installed, best rear door shocks I have installed on the Excursion. I have owned this 02 X since new. Can't attest to how long they will last but I have I hopes, that hatch is definitely heavy.

almost 3" shorter than stock, but has the correct ends. Took the ends off and transplanted them to the stock gas struts. The end to the body broke on the OE strut.
