5stars overall for this steering lock. This lock is solid, practical, and easy to use. I do believe that it is an effective deterent, as components are difficult to access with bolt cutters. In terms of pickability, a locksmith could probably answer that question; neverthe less, i do have peace of mind in using this. There is an provision for adjusting airbag protector, and if adjusted to a snug fashion, horn is easily depressed when tampered with, another good feature. Best of all, because of ease and convenience, i actually use this lock, unlike other locks which remain on floorboard.But lets be honest, a flatbed with winch will not stop a thief from dragging your vehicle onto the truck (Our tacoma 4x4 was stolen like that), but this is enough to deter those that are being furlowed by CAs governor. Said prisoners may not be violent, but ive already seen increase in car thefts and smash and grab thefts in our Silverlake neighborhood. Enhanced peace of mind is what i want and it is what i get with this lock. Highly recommend.

Easeof use

Very heavy construction. Great for extra thick wrapped wheel. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  Does NOT secure the steering wheel at all. Returned.Update: yes I know that steering wheel is supposed to be in locked position when car is off. The video is mentioned to show how loose it fits and even after "adjusting it" with the included Allen wrench it wasn't any tighter.

So far so good seems like great quality the part that folds down hits the horn if anyone tries to move it... found that out and it startled me lol

Honestly i could not use as i wished. Product has great look and design but it arrived so long. It is not so useful. Has a small gap between wheel and lock so it loose in my car and drop to left or right side after i lock the product. Thanks

Looks better than than the yellow or red of other products

Fits great, I use it as a deterrent, because if they want your vehicle, they will get it regardless. Most common thieves don’t want to spend the time to get it off. So they move on to something easier.
