Safe arrived padded in layers within strong cardboard, which was a good thing since the front had deep damage, but not down to the critical safe door.Delivery on time, and the crew followed instructions to alert deaf resident.Set-up instructions were crystal clear, though both our advanced ages took several tries to get it right. However, both new codes correctly installed.We purposefully did not choose biometrics due to past failures. A provided 9-volt battery is superior to AA or AAAs. Two emergency keys are wonderful backup in event of failed electronics.Adjustable shelves provide great options for storage.At 135.5 pounds, this one is at least twice as heavy as former safes. Thieves need to be robust.

Great safe, but had to open it with the key because the supplied combinations don’t work. Put a new battery in and pressed the red button on the inside to set my own combination, but the light on the front panel does not light up, and in turn, neither does it accept my new numbers. Going to have to pull the inside of the door off to see if some wiring may have come loose. Not happy because this is not a cheap safe.

Boy was this heavy and awkward to carry it took two of us to bring it up to the second floor. But what a great safe it’s big and sturdy, looks like it can handle violent attacks. The keypad works great so far and the back up keys are long to prevent lock picking and it’s pry proof with hinges on the inside as well so no one can just cut off the hinges to open the safe.

Package came in some what good shape the safe was dented in all corners all sides of painted are chipped the metal ring and handle were completely bent and broken it won’t turn and the key got stuck in the lock and the key pad stoped working there was white dust everywhere my eyes turned bright red I couldn’t even see they burned this package for what I paided does not really come close to what I was received I managed to figured out how to get the other key to open the safe but the handle is all bent and broke I fixed it enough to turn and is usable at this point it was way to much wirk getting it to the 5th floor so I would just like to get a majority of the money back

Have had this safe for over a year now with no problems! It is exactly what I needed/wanted. Key pad works great and the back up keys are a bonus! Has lots of room on the inside for various items such as handguns, documentation, jewelry, and other valuables. I would recommend this item to a friend.

Seems like a pretty good solid safe, but it is made out of thinner metal than I would like to see, I bolted it to the floor in my closet, and put the lag bolts down tight so its pretty secure on the floor, I tryed to push on it and there is definatly some give back and forth to it, its because of the thinner metal the safe is made out of, I think they should of at least made the bottom out of just a little thicker metal to prevent the give from the metal bottom flexing when you push on it. But one of reasons i bought it was because the back up keys to open it and the weight of the safe its heaver than most this size. But for the money its worth it. Would of been five stars if the the bottom metal dident flex when bolted down and pushing on it.

I love this safe. No thief is going to spend hours trying to move it out of my house -- especially with all of the surveillance cameras I have. Great buy!

Followed the instructions to the T. Cannot program a pin code. The codes provided also do not work. Will be returning this immediately. I feel bad for the delivery guys.
