As a family of 3 living together we LOVE this product for a couple of reasons. First of all great strength which is what we need for maximum benefit as all 3 of us can suffer a little bit from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and Vitamin D3 is what you need (and normally get from the sun) to help counter the effects of SAD. Second because of the number of capsules in a bottle we can buy one bottle and get 140 caplets each which is just over 4 months worth and enough to get us over the worst of the winter. So all in a great product and one we will use each winter.

The vast majority of people catching covid19 and suffering serious side effects and death have been shown to have a vitamin D deficiency which is extremely common, Vitamin D boosts the immune system so I have been taking it since January this year to great affect. If your not taking a vitamin D supplement during this time then you really should be. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and slide easily down the throat. Ordered these as well as a previous order of Turmeric & Black Pepper, both are value for money and are effective, especially the Turmeric capsules which are preventing further knee swelling and pain. Both worth trying.

I haven't tried it for long enough to review the effects but I'm actually already estatic about this purchase. From the actual capsule to the bottle, it is great.The softgel itself is tiny, I don't see this size a lot but it packs 4000iu!The ingredients are simple, this is one of the main things I look for; if it has too many fillers/flow agents and you take a variety of pills, who knows what you're overloading on/what effects can happen. Oil, capsule shell and d3, that's it!The bottle itself looks nice and makes me think the brand is reputable. 425 softgels, it just gets better! Didn't realise this until I received it. Normally, brands range from 30-180. It will last a long time whether or not you are sharing the vitamin. All in all, awesome! If I need more vitamins, I will look at this brand first before others, hopefully they keep up with what they say and the other supplements are like this! I am looking for turmeric as my health is not currently great :( but I think vitabright has something for this, so I am looking forward.Click helpful if this helped, this is the longest review I've ever done, a lot of good things to mention. I stopped taking all of the supplements i got from amazon because of the reactions, i don’t know what caused it. I just recommend getting your brands from the ones you are able to get in store. i will never buy supplements from amazon again unless it’s a brand i can buy in store so it’s actually reputable (for example s*lgar, store and amazon) please do this. I do not want others to get hurt, thank you.
