Well put together in an easy to carry case.
I liked the kit; it had a reasonable cost and easy to organize in the case.I bought it for a 9 year old boy, unknown to me, as a child in a family that needed help at XMAS.

Very cheap parts
Got this for my son for Christmas. It is unusable because the screws used to put the base on that you have to remove to put batteries in, are stripped out and almost feel like plastic. Most of it is plastic. Very disappointing. Hopefully we can manage to get the base off and put batteries in it. If it functions, will change review.

Old materials
My kid loved the actual microscope but several items were old and dried out. The glue and the shrimp eggs did not do as stated.
